WHAT YOU NEED TO START A SCRUM CLUB

Scrum Club recommends hosting 9 meetings annually with breaks over the summer and winter holidays. The requirements to host a Scrum Club event are:

Sponsorship

Organizers will need to find sponsors for both food and location. In addition, organizers will need to raise enough funds to host each event.

Find Members

Organizers will need to promote their Scrum Club events to attract members. However, some of the event costs can be offset by charging members a recommended entry fee of $15/person to attend the event.

Fundraising Efforts

Corporate Espionage, a tradable card game on entrepreneurship, will be provided to Scrum Club organizers to help raise funds. For more information, visit http://masterofespionage.com.

Other ways to defer costs include fundraising efforts through bake sales, donated venues, or forming smaller user groups to promote efforts.
